Returns & Exchange
We don’t accept returns, but the exchange of items is possible within 3 days after the order is delivered.
Not a fan of what you bought? Not a problem! Exchange the product for something else from our collections. Follow the steps
Steps for exchanging an order:
- Please drop us an email at team@azelatelier.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Once approved, please courier the product back to us (the customer would have to bear the shipping cost) on the address shared by us, along with the original invoice.
- When the product returned passes quality check, the new product change will be shipped.
